The pressure to show up, keep your cool, and stay on top of things—it's nonstop.

From the outside, it might look like you're managing. But underneath, you're spinning out, feeling disconnected, or exhausted by the mental load. You want things to feel less reactive. Less heavy. More manageable. More you.

What I often help my clients with:

These are the kinds of struggles we can explore together—so you can stop white-knuckling your way through and actually feel more grounded in your day-to-day life.

Level 2 AEDP Therapist · EMDR Trained

I didn’t always know I’d become a therapist. For a long time, I was just trying to make life work—navigating parenting, burnout, unexpected twists, and all the pressure to be fine when I wasn’t. I’ve worked in education. I’ve been part of the corporate world. I’ve sat in waiting rooms with my own kid, wondering if we were on the right path. All of that led me here—not just to therapy as a profession, but to therapy as a deep and human kind of work.

In therapy, I bring a grounded, collaborative presence. I’m curious about how your mind and body are working to protect you—whether that shows up as anxiety, emotional reactivity, attention challenges, or patterns you feel stuck in. For clients navigating ADHD or neurodivergence (whether newly diagnosed or long overlooked), I work to help you understand your unique wiring—managing things like sensory overwhelm, executive function struggles, and the impact all of this can have on relationships, work, and self-worth.

My training includes AEDP, EMDR, somatic practices, and interpersonal neurobiology, but more than any single modality, I care about helping you feel seen, supported, and connected to your own internal compass. Whether you’re burned out from caregiving, managing chronic overwhelm, or just trying to carve out a bit more space to breathe—I’ll meet you there. You don’t have to have it all figured out to get started.

You don’t have to carry it all alone.

You’ve been holding a lot—quiet overwhelm, reactive moments you didn’t see coming, pressure to be everything for everyone. Maybe you’re burned out from caregiving, stuck in relational patterns, or your brain just won’t slow down. Whatever’s brought you here, you don’t have to keep white-knuckling your way through it.

I offer therapy for adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and the deeper emotional layers that come with it—plus support for parents, couples, and families riding the waves together. With in-person sessions in Austin and virtual options across Texas and Colorado, we’ll find something that fits.

The first step is simple: book a free 20-minute consult and let’s see if this feels like the right place to begin. Just fill out my contact form—I’ll follow up personally to schedule.
